They were polite said they would send a new one if I mark this resolved even when I was rude so I am hoping they do. They have responded every time I e-mailed them.

I hope they update there site to make sure if you click same as billing address it will be sent to the right place.

So it does not cost there customers or them more. They responded quickly.

I made an order on November 27th and they sent it to the wrong address then ignored me after I filed a complaint I clicked send to current billing address. There tracking claimed to send it to an old address.

I will never see my order and I will never get a response I lost $63 ordering from this company. Don't waste your money. This was a present for my kid for Christmas and now she will be upset and I will not shop with them again to get another one.

I don't want to be ripped off again. They are based out of the us so they do what ever they want.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $6269.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Bedding Inn Cons: Delivery.

Rip off company...stay away from them, do not order. You will be highly disappointed.

The actual printing is horrendous. About impossible to get refund. quality SUCKS big time. Negative reviews are not posted on their websites, they are blocked.

Only positive 5 star reviews are shown by company which more than likely are fake reviews. STAY away and keep your money as you will not be getting your money back from them whatsoever.

Sorry to hear that! Im just wondering does anyone know how to cancel an order because ive been trying to cancel an order for hours now and have had no luck.

The live chat is terrible as there are never any "agents" online to speak to.

im eligible for a full refund as my order has not been shipped and it has been less than 24 since i have placed the order. I will gladly remove this post once my order has been cancelled, My order number is 562051
