I placed an order 3 weeks ago, my card was charged, and I am still waiting to hear from them on why it has not been shipped yet.Every time I check the site, I see that it is "processing".
I sent another email tonight asking for them to cancel the order and refund my money. According to their policy, I should receive 50% of the price of the (never shipped) product, and full refund on the shipping. Places like this and the people who own/run them should be ashamed of themselves.
I fear for future generations.I really hope that some day karma will get these people in a big way.
