I contacted beddinginn on February 7th 2021 wanting to return the seat covers that I purchased due to improper fit in my opinion and the color scheme did not match what I perceived on the website. I ask them to send me a video of the installation because the barcode or scan code that they sent me with the seat covers only brought me to a sales cover page not installation procedure.
After days of not receiving this information I did try to install myself it took quite a long time two and a half hours to do all seats. It took them three days to send me a link to the video and when I told them I wanted to return they told me that from February 8th through February 15th the company would be closed due to a holiday for the company whatever that means.
I did receive an email from the company asking me to show pictures of them installed, but the seat covers were already removed from the vehicle to prevent damage so I could return them and possibly order another set of seat covers from them. I have yet to receive any communication from them.
