you will receive a notice that they have your money and order. But almost four weeks into it, no one has contacted me on status, shipping, etc.

I had to contact them to find out what was happening. And that was nearly two weeks ago. They said it was delayed b.c. of the Spring Festival...nearly two weeks since there last response..and a few days short of a month...still they have not reached out to contact or provide updates, but they have charge my account and got their money.

I have a thought...how about charge the items once you have shipped them!

celebrate, go have fun, then charge the account once you have shipped the items!! Woohoo...then everybody can have a good time!

Product or Service Mentioned: Bedding Inn Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
