The product is not what they say and the picture they show you is not what you get

I ordered the whole drape this is just the inlay I want the rest of my order .

User's recommendation: No they are too high.I paid almost 300.00 for curtains with out Valance. And they said they were channel and they are not. I tried to call costumer service and couldn't get no one couldn't even log back into my account.

I order was placed back on October 15 I have yet to receive any notification as to disposition when its coming in, has it really shipped out. No response, I will not place another order till I actually get my order, its always best to be cautious on the first time around ordering from a company.

User's recommendation: You should be able to go to this website and see if the order actually took place they took my money but I have no idea where the product is where it’s shipping from and how long will it take.

I made my purchase on August 11, 2020, I supposed to have on the 28th, They called me saying that it will be late. Now I am not living anymore in the same city.... There is no way to contact them, no phone number, except from China, no email,... where is my money or my order?
