Beddinginn. WARNING - Will Not refund - SCAM

Beddinginn is a huge scam. Here is how they tried to steal from me in my opinion. I ordered a Barbaric Bear Comforter and a Dolphin sheet set. The Dolphin sheet set came. Beddinginn sent me an email and told me that they no longer have the comforter and will not send it. Further, they TOLD ME that I could only get something else off their website. I asked three times for a refund and they refused. They insisted I had to spend the money, even though I explained I do not want any other items. Finally , I had the credit company chargeback for the comforter and had to put them on a credit card watch. BEWARE - they also appear to do business or are affiliated with BuyWigs.com. They also ADVERTISE The comforter they state they don't have in stock. In my opinion, they are running a fraud to steal money by bait and switch with the twist of keeping the money. This is thievery where I live.

because they really are scam because I tried to cancel my order and now they're saying it's already sent out when DHL the company who is picking up the package says that no it's not picked up yet it's still at the office at their office

Wow I am so sorry you had to deal with such a *** people who don't know how to tun a business. Its unfortunate that people like them make it people more bitter, which is causing more hatred in this world.

We need more love and help for one another. Its just so sad what this world is coming too. What happened to caring for others as well as themselves, not its your on your own. And its unfortunate that it takes a mass shooting for people to pull together when we should be pulling together all the time!!

Yes my wife brought for me a car bonnet sticker. It arrived here in a crumpled up state.

It was meant to be a xmas present. It was not put in a tube so it would not get damaged it came wrapped in plastic. So we sent photo after photo to them so they could see the damage. It was clearly their fault but they had a no return policy.

They had just stolen almost $100 from us..

Now we cannot use sticker nor will they refund what they have STOLEN.

They sent the wrong curtain and will not even respond to emails. I sent them emails before the order and after and never heard anything. I would stay away from this business at all costs. They will take your money and run. I spent close to $400. You would think they would take care of the customer instead of steal from them. Ive never had such a poor experience with a business. I have sent them countless emails and will now do my part to make sure other people don't fall into the same trap. Go with a trusted business that understands customers service and good communication. No thanks

I have ordered a duvet cover and have already paid an extra 35 dollars. All of the sudden, someone comes to my door to ask me to pay an extra charge of another $38 for customs charge.

I feel that I have been ripped off by you because when I placed my order, you have never mentioned that. However, I never paid the mailman a penny and refused to waste another $38 for a sheet that was the size of my hand, which is not what is shown on your site. The mailman took the cover and I never heard anything from you. You stole $125, for something that does not deserve $25, the cover is gone.

You have never reimbursed me the money because I said I want to return it back. You are excellent thieves. You could do this in China, but not in Canada. I saw the same item here on Amazon.ca for $42 including the shipping.

I don't understand how the government of Canada allows thieves like you to post your fake ads in Canada. I tried to contact Beddinginn by email, because this is the only way I can reach you, and no one answered. YOu took the money and that's it I was fooled by your fake website.

Hope Canada prosecutes you by law because you are stealing its citizens. All what you sold me is a fake picture of a duvet cover on your website.

Unprofessional, poor communication, unbelievable, I'm livid

I waited over a month for a lamp (1 month and 2 weeks to be exact). After 3 weeks I emailed them only to receive an email that they were closed for 2 weeks due to some festival. They didn't have the foresight to ship my lamp before the festival or alert me that they would be closing for 2 weeks. Then, when they reopened for business, I asked where my item was because it had been a month and it STILL had not shipped. I paid $30.00 for shipping btw. They sent me a measly $15 off coupon for the "inconvenience." Then had the audacity to tell me my item was "out of stock," and asked if I would like to replace the item. Yeah right, so I can wait another month and a half for them to ship it? No thanks. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication and lack of professionalism. They couldn't have told me before that the item was out of stock. Why did I have to hound them for updates?! Seriously unbelievable. I've NEVER had this kind of BS from a company before. Do NOT order from this company. They are ridiculous. Shaking my head. I am in total shock that a company thinks it's acceptable to operate their business this way. Unacceptable.

You aren't the only one. I just got this email today for an order I placed in early January.

They did the EXACT same thing to be (for a duvet cover set). I am so flipping mad. After 3 delays (one of which due to a holiday), I got an email from "Crystal" saying that the item is out of stock.

They gave me the choice of picking another item or getting a refund/"thanks for your patience!". Ummm this is a hot mess.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Just received my duvet set that was supposed to be here a week before Christmas. Cheapest material I've ever felt in my life. The photo on the duvet cover is extremely faded looking. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture on their website. Horrible customer service. I feel like I just flushed my $150 down the toilet. I hope this review saves someone else from wasting their money!

It is now January 2017 & have no response to numerous emails & phone number is bogus, so it seems. I now have to open a case with credit card company. I was very patiently allowing extra time since I'm in Canada....but my patience has left now . Does USA have a Better Business Bureau I can report this too? I can't afford losses like this. I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible...this quilt was ordered as a Christmas gift and put me in the position of patiently hoping and waiting and having to run around at the last minute to try to find something similar It would be nice to hear from the company, but quite honestly...I won't hold my breath waiting.

I ordered three x sets of doona covers and two sets of pillow cases at a cost of approx. $440.00. They sent out one pair of pillow cases and when I queried the rest of the order they responded saying that they had been sent in that consignment order. I checked with my postal agency and they confirmed that the consignment only included the small parcel containing the pillow cases and that no other items had been received. I have emailed them and asked for confirmation of the order and or a refund and still I receive no response. I ordered and paid for the items on the 31st October and this order contained some Christmas themed bed linen, hence I expected then to arrive within 30 days, they still haven't arrived and it is now two months since this order was submitted and Christmas is well and truly over. Bah Humbug. Do not order anything from them you will lose your money.

I was one more click from paying for car seats, but something told me to google reviews on these people. I felt something wasn't right because they use the badly written English when describing their items, which usually means trouble and scams. Sorry for your lose but your review helped some else! I placed an order on December 12th and was told i would get my item in time for Christmas. Well needless to say it was delivered until January 4th.

I tried email and calling and couldnt get a hold of anyone or any responses. But the worse part is...my item was suppose to be a pillow for the baby i have coming in July. And the pictures made it look great amd comfortable. This thing they sent me is nothing but a 40 dollar stuffed animal.

I am so pissed. Amd i will be reporting them

Haven't received my package. They said they are investigating, it's been a month. Niw the status shows its preparing to ship as if 12/5 when I got an email saying it had been delivered. At this point I want a refund and I want it now. I will never order anything from there and I don't want it reshipped because I found it somewhere else way cheaper.

I tell everyone to stay away and to keep their money. They are nothing more than scammers as far as I am concerned.

Product I ordered verses what I recieved are night and day. Pictures on websites are beautiful, item I recieved is misprinted, wrong colors, nor 3d...just awlful

I have sent over 12 emails always to get the same response that you are checking with the shipping company. It just so happens its not even the same shipping company you claim to use.

The order # is 451448. It has been more than 8 days since my first inquiry and I want a FULL refund now. You were sure quick to withdraw it from my account. I have filed a complaint with paypal as well.

I am tired of waiting and will NEVER deal with this company again. EVER.

This site is a huge SCAM. Buyer beware! Read the reviews online by google. I paid $28 on a $24 item for expedited shipping (not realizing it was from a sketchy *** Chinese company) and they won't deliver. I'm on hold with my credit card company disputing this charge right now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

3D Tiger Bedding

I had ordered one of the Comforter sets in 3D for my daughter of an ocean scene she had wanted. The sheets were great that came with it, but the Comforter, the Comforter didn't even have the picture of the ocean scene on it, it is just a white ugly comforter, and that is not what they showed, I can't believe I paid that much money when the Comforter doesn't even match, as it's supposed to be a matching set.

Also, I'd ordered a 3D Tiger curtain, it looked gorgeous on their site, but what came is so distorted and ugly, nothing like the picture they showed. I am sending them back if possible, as I have not received the information as to where to send it back to, and they are not responding to my emails, it does specify to talk to them first before you send it back~and I have to wonder if it will be worth it, as you are responsible for the return shipping...Very disappointing, and really misleading, they make it almost impossible to return it in the original packaging, they purposely put so much tape around it in the bag, and to open it you have to rip through it to get to the product, they do not even send it in a box.

Stay away from this awful site, it is completely misleading and a disappointment. Even the 3d Tiger sheets I had ordered were as rough as sandpaper...:(

Absolutely no point to ship it back! I ordered a 3D duvet set that came in a totally different color.

I paid $67CAD to ship it back to the address they gave me.....and get this....they refused it and it got sent back to me (but Canada Post dropped it off at the wrong house too and only by the kindness of the owner, did i get it back). Then I sold it on-line for 1/4 what I paid. Would never shop with them again! By the way, it took exactly one year for it's round trip to China!

And they never posted my review! I doubt even this will post.

BASTARDS! Don't buy from these ***. Never again...NEVER EVER AGAIN. They have no working number and don't respond to several sent emails. They sent me sheets instead of comforters. Stay away BUYER BEWARE!!! Does any one have a working phone number for these people? The number on their website doesn't work. Unbelievable. Now I have to figure out something else for Christmas. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting them especially because I paid over $200 for bed sheets. Their product is *** and I can find the same quality at WALMART. I'm dying to know why they think anyone would pay that much money just for bed sheets.

Horrible place to buy anything from. Was suppose to be a comforter set, i got sheets instead.

The sheets are paper thin at that. Horrible experience. I tried to get a refund, and i would end up spending more on shipping than i spent on the "comforter".

Never going to buy from these people again. They are nothing but scam artists!!
