i bought one rose bedding from beddinginn , it's really 3D, the rose are bigger than the life , but really beautiful! it makes my bedroom warm, like it very much, i find match sheet and pillowcases , want to buy one next year, those were a great fit for me, but my husband may not like this style. depressed... and i just visited this store, big discount now! i plan to buy one dolphin pattern bedding and curtain for my sons, he really like animals , and hope he will love them

this company is a scam they have sent so many emails telling me to buy another product due to scam cheap product they sent me I had no idea it was in china and affiliated with buy wigs notorious scammers this Co to be avoided at all cost I am dissatisfied I did not research before my purchase. The product took three weeks to arrive then a bogus tracking number then the product is filled with synthetic cheap filler material with 10 percent buckwheat in a perforated center it was a shock to me. I emailed them same day asked for return label they avoid and do not answers my request to return the item

We offered you the return label, please send back the pillow in original package as you promised before. We will refund you the product price as $8.29 once the package is received in perfect condition.

The product you received is exactly the same as what we advertise on the website.

Amend 1st complaint

I finally got a call from China. Beddinginn did send me the correct pillow sham for one of the duvet sets I ordered. I am using two of the three sets I received. I still stand by my original complaint that the images are NOT 3-D. They told me they use an "enhanced camera" to take the pictures for their website. The images look great on the website but they look nothing like what you get. I guess I learned a lesson. I will not ever order anything from as far away as China. It is extremely expensive to return any product. They literally have you over a barrel and there is no way to recover your money.

This company is impossible to deal with. The duvet cover I received looked nothing like the photo on their website. I sent photos and emailed for at least two weeks and finally gave up. They will not refund my money (offered $5.00 to compensate me) and asked me not to return the product. They are in China so the return postage was extremely expensive. They shipped to me for $48.00, my cost to return range from $66.00 to $159.00 depending on the shipping method. They would not send a shipping label and deduct it from my refund. This is their website photo and the second picture is what I got. The flower placement is not even the same! They insisted that there was nothing wrong with what they sent and that they were sorry I did not like it, all the while insisting that customer service is very important to them. Do not order from them. It is a ripoff!

Did the same to me with seat covers. Sent a cheap substitute nothing like photo then tried to push me into keeping it.

I only wanted a refund. It has been a month and they have the item back in their possession as confirmed by USPS. It was signed for by them when they picked it up. Still nothing.

They just say there is a process to go through.

FOR A MONTH??? These were to be a Christmas gift and it completely ruined the holiday in that aspect as I had no gift to give.

Beddinginn is a scam. I ordered a 4 piece bedding set.

The picture was nothing like what I received. I hope someone shuts this place down.

Lesson learned look at reviews first. Products are cheaply made to.

ordered a 4 piece bedding set. Got it, but wrong size. They say sizes are different in different countries. I live in America, guess I figured they would send an American size. They responded to my dispute with that answer. The actual duvet was not the same as their posted dimensions. Isn't an inch still an inch in any country? Asked for photos. Sent them. Their resolution was to have me BUY another larger size! Why would I want to give you more money. Are you serious? I just want what I ordered. I have spent three weeks just trying to get something done, and it's obvious they do not stand behind their products. Terrible, horrible customer service! I advise NOT doing business with this website.

The size you chose for your bedding set is KING SIZE, and the actual size you need is CALIFORNIA KING. Please check OUR size chart which is shown on every product page.

The reason is the name of bedding size differs among countries so we list up size chart which shows the exact measurement.

Customers could easily find the correct size.

Since you chose a wrong size and ask us to ship you a bigger one for free, we're sorry that it is impossible.

You could insist on keep writing fake bad reviews of us, please wait for the legal department for a law suit.

I ordered a bathtub faucet, they send me a kitchen faucet totally different looks. They told me to send it back on my expenses and they will repay my shipping cost, because they admitted they made a mistake.It cost me $59 to send it back. Guess what ...They told me they wont pay me back!!! They not responding any of my e mail anymore.I had to wait for 4 months to get my money back( with pall pay help ) on the faucet. I pay $59 to get nothing. I never had this bad experience before, now I know better DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHINA !!!DONT TRUST THEM THEY LIARS !!

After received the wrong item I send it back April 25 on my Expenses I paid 58.84 CAN for the shipping. I did exactly what I hade to do make sure I get my money back on the shipping , as I hade been promised by the sale rep. I included the copy of the shipping cost in the parcel what I send back and I also send it in the email as well just to make sure. You can check it out, I send so many e mail regarding this issue and does not matter what I do, your company does not pay back my shipping cost.

My self as well I finished sale and managing school, and I know for the fact, you can not mislead your costumer by lying. If your company make a mistake you have to do your very best to fix the problem as soon as possible..... Sometime I hade to wait just for the reply from the costumer service rep for a week ...

and in the meantime my bathroom renovation put on hold for months .If you want growing business the most important part is the great customer service...as I see your reviews your company is falling big time ! Eva

My mom ordered pillowcases from this website. In the description it clearly states that it includes 2 pillowcases. When the package came, there was only ONE pillowcase. What are you suppose to do with one pillowcase? I emailed them and how they responded was absolutely ridiculous. They told me that they did ship 2 pillowcases, but one of them may have been lost in the shipping process.......Umm what that tells me is you shipped the pillowcases separately, which makes no sense because the description states that it includes 2, so why not just package them together. But here's the best part. The second half of the email says and I quote, "But we have a good news to tell you that our website is now having a crazy sale for our customers. If you are willing to place another order, we would like to add 1 pillowcase in your order for free as the compensation. Would that be OK for you?" HA! How is that good news for me? They want my mom to spend more money just to get the pillowcase. Are you serious? We should've received the pillowcase regardless, my mom should not have to spend more money in order to get the pillowcase.

I made a purchase over a month ago and they never shipped me my products. I have tried emailing/calling them MULTIPLE times to try and figure out if my products have been shipped yet, but they do NOT respond every time. Their website promised to provide a tracking code but they did not, I was UNABLE to track my product. They just took my money without mailing me my product. Now I will have to go through the hassle of contacting my credit card company to file a claim and try to get recompensated. WASTE OF MY TIME. Do not fall victims to their tricks like we all did. Do not believe the positive reviews you read written by chinese users. I believe the company pays people to write fake positive reviews to trick consumers like me. Do NOT buy from these scammers. They shouldn't even be allowed to do business internationally.

I bought a California bedding set last three months for $96, that was a big rip off, there is nothing like a 3D bedding . Don't let china people dupe you off like they did to me.

those bedding are nothing but a regular cotton bedding and is not worth the price. The California king is so small, it couldn't even fit my queen bed.

Please stay away and purchase your bedding in any store here in America. This store is a joke and very expensive as well.
