The comfort set is not a comfort set. On the pic they make it like ur getting a comfort, 2 pillows cases, and 2 pillows. But I only get 2 sheets and 2 pillow case. It was suppose to be 3D and it’s nothing 3D about it. My Wall 3D stickers are all scratched up in the separate boxes they came in and it was suppose to be 3D and it’s nothing 3D about it. They don’t have no real phone to get in touch wit them. Them only email u. U can’t return anything cause they don’t have the info for tht. They need to be taking off of google because their scammers. The FBI need to investigate them and take them to prison. Nothing is 3D on their site and all the pics are fake. I don’t get nothing like the pics at all. They comment on the reviews and if their people making good reviews jus to keep a 4 or 5 star but those are fake profiles their making up to make it seem like their making some people happy but in actuality everyone who order from them are pissed pff wit them. The Feds are gonna investigate and shut them down. Their make business bad for ordering online.

I spent $150 on seat covers. I tried to put them on and they were stretched so tightly and still didn't go over the seats all the way.

I asked to return them for a refund. The covers were unused, other than the attempt to put them on. So they ask for pictures of the covers on the seat. I humor them and attempt to put the seat covers on again and send pictures.

They were so tight the second time, they started to tear on the edges. I told them this too. Then they send me YouTube videos of how to "properly" install these seat covers. I refuse, seeing as how I've tried twice, sent pictures and they were tearing.

I want a refund. Then they email me back requesting pictures......I respond that I already did. Then I discover that I've been emailed by 3 separate people that are apparently not communicating. I demand my return and refund or I'm going to report them for fraud.

So they offer me a PARTIAL refund and a discount on another set of seat covers.... so you want me to spend the partial amount that you refund me on yet another set of seat covers that won't fit either? NO.

Give me my refund! It's been 8 days now.

I have been ripped off too by these *** crooks. I bought their custom mats as advertised for bmw.

They were garbage, inferior quality. They were sent with no instructions.

TODATE I GOT NO REFUND. *BUYER BEWARE, DONT BY ANYTHING SOLD BY THESE THIEVES*

Custom car mats for 2013 bmw x5

I bought a set of "custom car mats" for my bmw x5, the material is cheap and inferior. The mats were sent with clips, but no instructions. Its so ridiculous. I won't ever buy a damn thing from this *** chinese company again. They suck!!

I ordered 3 pair of curtains back in Nov 2018 and paid $350. My order was not processed until first week of Dec 2018 I received my order by mid of Dec 2018. But I was very disappointed to see what I received. They sent me matching sheer instead of curtain - this sheer I have never ordered. I also wanted to mentioned that the quality of the sheer I received is very poor the hanging loop they are putting are made of plastic with golden color polish, that I am sure the polish will ware out very soon. I contacted them right away -mid Dce 2018- about this mistake and they started pushing me to keep the stuff and told me they will give $60 discount if I keep the sheer- now if I do not have the same kind of curtain and top of it I do not need the sheer why I should I keep it. Now I have many back and forth emails with them until today , requesting them to refund my money with return cost. They keep saying that this is the company policy that customer is responsible for return cost. I will be happily bear refund cost if I had received the correct item and I am returning that stuff at my will. They are not justified what they offer and what they charge. Very frustrating customer service and very bad experience . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scam and criminal.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from here. One thing they didnt get my first try on my purchase started. I received an order # and had not received an email about it being sent out. So i finally got emailed 2 days later after sending them one. They checked into my purchase and i guess they never started it so i recieved another order # 2 weeks before Christmas. This was suppose to been a Christmas gift. It still wasnt here dec 26, 2018. I finally recieved it on jan 6, 2019 and the merchandise wasnt what i officially ordered first rime. I emailed company back on returning it. They tried getting me to keep product and would credit me $10USD. I started to return it and it was going to cost me $52 ro send it back so i ended up keeping a product I will never use or give to anyone. Tammy Rapp

My order hasn’t arrived either due to some Japanese holiday!! Does this company stop shipping for every holiday in every country? I’m truly asking, that way I’ll try to figure out a day they do work on orders.

they wont even return my messages! i have requested that they refund my credit card and that I know longer wish to purchase their product.

I turned them in for fraud to my credit card company! someone needs to stop the people! I am usually so good at making sure to read review before I purchase. I read them alright!

Have read elsewhere that they only allow good reviews on their website.

NONE of my reviews have made it! Wish us all luck!

No one to be found to cancel and refund a duplicate order that occured becasue i was doing what Bedding Inn instructed me to do.

I placed an order. The order system told me that the payment did not go through and to try again. So, I placed the same order and the system told me to that the payment did not go through and to order again. So, I did... Then I happened to discover that the order was actually placed and paid for in spite of what the direction of the order system was. So, I now have two orders of the same thing. There was not anyone available to chat now, and hours later it still indicates that no one is available to cancel and refund one of the orders. There is no where to cancel the order. There are not phone numbers inside of the US to call. The system would not allow me to dispute the order number at all. It told me that I could not dispute either of the two orders when I typed the order number in. So, I tried to call using two numbers that I found online. Bother were outside of the US. Neither number connected. So, several hours ago I sent several emails, and have heard back from no one. My CC company has since blocked my card. So, if anyone at BeddingInn is going to refund me one of my orders that they said never processed but obviously did, I'm not sure how. No its just a huge mess with my CC company as my card is blocked now, I will likely have to wait weeks on a new one, and I have no idea where anyone from BeddingInn is working or if its even a legit company.

Awful!!

This company is a scam. You authorize payment to beddinginn and another company processes payment. After 27 emails, I never got my item. They made seat covers for a 4 door and when they sent me pictures and I confirmed they would not fit, they wanted pictures of my 2 door vehicle and for me to measure my seats. When I refused (I am not going to be responsible if they didnt fit. They should be able to do this with year make and model) they offered to credit me shipping (nice of them since they never sent anything) and 50% of my charge. Summary, they wanted $150 to do NOTHING except email me in the middle of the night. They do not have a phone number either. I have to dispute this with my card company. So annoying! Stay clear!!
